The first and the most regrettable mistake people tend to make is they try and analyze the stock market without being logical and practical. If you are planning to purchase property or any real estate for a temporary duration just because you are hoping against hope that the value gets appreciated in a short duration that bear one thing in mind that you are entering in to one of the biggest venture and putting a lot at stake! It is a fact that when you are planning to purchase property and going to store it for more than ten to twelve years or so then it is quite worthy because any layman would also know that the prices till then would positively be higher and you are in for a lot of money when the deals clicks. This is not a risk, but a rational decision. Now when we shift from that and talk about rental property, we are completely moving into a different direction. If you are planning to buy real estate and give the rental properties on rent then it is highly recommended that you have some real alternatives in the pipeline. It is not everyday that the market prices will come up and shoot higher, you would only be too astonished to find out that the market price of the rental property you have bought has gone considerably low and the rent you would probably receive is one time as low as you paid. Anybody in the real estate business is sure to advice you to have two important words: cash flow. Being greedy is by default one of the biggest blunders that people can incontestable succumb into. You will observe that more than a million investors are out there flipping properties to other investors. It is positively a good way to keep aside you cash reserves but not at the cost of insensible and facing an unrealistic profit in a deal. |
